Do you take insurance?
No, Cared For Nutrition is out-of-network with insurance companies. However, most insurance plans will reimburse a portion or most of the cost of your sessions. Each plan is different and the best way to know how much you would be reimbursed would be to call your insurance company. Click here for a script of questions to ask. We can provide a Superbill for reimbursement of out-of-network costs. It is your responsibility to know your plan’s details. Full payment for each session is due at the time of service.
Do you see clients of all ages?
We only serve adults who are over 18.
Can you do in-person sessions?
All nutrition sessions are virtual and offered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Can you see clients from anywhere?
We are located in Seattle, WA but can work with clients from all over the country and world.
What’s your cancellation policy?
There is no cancellation fee if you cancel outside of 24 hours of your session’s scheduled time. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount of your session. If you arrive late, the session will be shortened to end at the original scheduled time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
